Setup TP-Link Omada Controller for the Smart WiFi Platform.
This guide assumes the Omada controller is already operational with adopted access points. Firewall rules, content filters, and other security measures must allow the platform. RADIUS IPs, passwords, NAS ID, and portal URLs come from Easy Smart WiFi support — they are not listed here.
TP-Link Omada
RADIUS · External Portal · PAP
TP-Link Omada Controller configuration for Easy Smart WiFi starts with a RADIUS profile named Smart WiFi that has two authentication servers on port 1812 and two accounting servers on port 1813. You then create an external portal named Smart WiFi with External RADIUS Server, RADIUS Profile SmartWiFi, PAP authentication, and External Web Portal customization. Pre-authentication access must include smartwifiplatform.com plus the platform default walled garden entries support provides. Do not use apostrophes in the guest SSID — that can break RADIUS authentication.
